West Ham have received more bad news for France centre-back Kurt Zouma, who suffered a hamstring injury in Saturday’s 3-2 win over Chelsea.

Zouma was substitute with an injury in the 71st minute of the ufabet game at the London Stadium and has been teste on Monday for a hamstring problem. But the club did not specify how long it will take to recuperate. The 27-year-old centre-back has started in 11 of 15 Premier League games for David Moyes this season. 

Played an important role in helping West Ham climb to the island 4 at this time. So it is a big loss for the Scottish coach who has limited options in the defensive line.

Earlier, another key centre-back, Angelo Ogbonna, appeared to have missed out on the entire season. Because of the knee injury that is receive in November. That leaves the only centre-back options left with Issa Diop and Craig Dawson. The full-back position is also a problem, with Ben Johnson suffering from a knock in the win over Chelsea, a low-level hamstring injury in the back of the knee. At least the 21-year-old defender should return sooner than Zouma.

But the hopes of securing a top four finish this season are now seriously under threat. With Craid Dawson and Issa Diop the only senior centre-backs left fit at the club.
